About this Opportunity

The Membership Admin Support is responsible for the efficient delivery of daily clerical tasks and responsibilities for the Membership Services Department. The Membership Admin Support works closely with Westbank First Nation Membership to access available services.

  • Greet and direct clients in a professional manner
  • Provides clerical and supportive assistance Membership Department services such as but not limited to: Leisure & Wellness Funding Program, funeral assistance, horseback riding lessons, Community Meat program, Extended Health Program, membership meetings, and seasonal tickets and events.
  • Works one-on-one to identify individual needs of clients
  • Prepares memos, letters, statistical reports, minutes for meetings and other correspondence as required
  • Performs administrative duties including updating metrics, photocopying, scanning faxing, and filing
  • Manages and maintains Membership Services Department emails and directs to the appropriate staff
  • Maintains all Membership Services Staff Pcard entries and submission of all Pcard receipts

 Must Haves:

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent
  • Related office administration duties and/or courses
  • Minimal two (2) years of office experience
  • Criminal Record Check with results acceptable to WFN
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Acceptable Driver’s Abstract

The Minimum Starting Salary for this position is $44,528
